For clients
Your story, in words you can keep.
ErrAISync is your care team’s compass. When your provider releases it, you see how you are doing, what your plan is and why, all in plain language.
The client portal
Everything your provider shares, in one place.
- How you are doing. A simple card that shows where you are inside your usual range and where you are not.
- Your plan. The plan your provider signed, with the reason for each part.
- Forms. Intake and screeners. If one is already on file, you won’t be asked again.
- Check-in. A short weekly check-in so your care team sees what is changing.
- Messages and visits. Secure messages with your care team, and your upcoming visits.
- Your phone. Face ID sign-in, reminders, and health data sent from your phone when you allow it.

StarDust
Results explained, not prescribed.
StarDust writes your results as a story: what was measured, what stood out, and what your provider wants you to know. It is written for you, it never gives medical advice, and your provider reviews it before you see it.
- A printable handout and a one-page sheet for the fridge.
- A companion version for a partner or family member, if you choose.

Common questions
Good questions, straight answers.
Is ErrAISync giving me medical advice?
No. ErrAISync helps your care team see the whole picture. Your provider makes every decision and signs your plan. What you see in the portal explains your results; it does not tell you to start, stop or change anything on its own.
Who can see my information?
Your care team at your practice. Each practice has its own environment, and no other practice can see your records. Practice-level learning uses counts only, never names.
How do I sign in?
Your practice sends you a secure link. You confirm with your email and date of birth, then a one-time code. On your phone, you can use Face ID or your fingerprint after the first sign-in.
Can I connect my watch or ring?
Yes, through Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, and only if you allow it. Your health data is never used for marketing or sold.
Can I buy ErrAISync on my own?
Not today. ErrAISync is always released to you by your provider, so your results come with someone who knows your history.
